I’m experimenting with the 4HWW, and noting many excellent things…
First up was hiring a PA 6,679 miles away who brilliantly, tirelessly and cheerfully juggles my random tasking and a small person. That’s freed up a suprising amount of time that’s clearly worth a lot more than the price I pay.
Next up was installing a remote project management system (ActiveCollab) that has really had a splendid effect on things. Now I have one supplier talking to another supplier whilst being moderated by my staff, saving everyone time and grief. It’s taking a while to figure out what to put where – but I’m noticing big gains in productivity and time already. Not to mention a great big glaring screen that forces me to clear the tasks with my name on.
And finally Miwa & I have a couple of fun little fully automated businesses in the development lounge, both suprisingly using atoms and not electrons this time.
It’s a while from 4H, but there’s a lot more going on in the 20!
